More blood products, more fever

New address, moved to the "Cadillac" Room E854. More room and bigger windows.

2 pm and she is getting the chills and shakes. Fever is starting, at 100.58 now--dang it! Fever had lasted but is reading up a bit now (9pm). It got up to almost 103 during the day. Fever is just breaking now (9:20 pm).

Chest xray showing some pneumonia on left side and some fluid build up. Giving her another antibiotic.

She is real weak and they are still going to give her Lasix tonight, so sleep will be hard for a few hours. They won't let her up by herself because her platelets are too low and a fall could cause internal  bleeding and that wouldn't be good. She continues on platelet infusion and has had 2 units of blood besides.

She has had a hard time eating but did have a bowl of chicken noodle soup minus the chicken-she has a tough time with protein lately.
