Today is the last Vidaza chemo treatment. Blood tests indicated NO transfusion needs today, in fact her numbers actually went up on their own. .....pleasant news.
We talked to our case manager, Rachael, and found out the dates for the bone marrow transplant and prep. We will be entering the hospital on May 18 for the marrow obliterating chemo. The transplant will then follow on the 27th, if all things go as planned. She will remain in the hospital for at least a 5 week stay. We are praying for great results and as few as possible side effects or complications.
We know our Heavenly Father is mindful of our struggle and are grateful for his willingness to bless us. Again, and as always, thanks for your faith and prayers.

Diane is very thankful for any well wishes, even if she is not able to respond to all of them.
