Today ends three months of three seven-day treatments of chemo. Of course we are hoping they are doing their job in preparing Diane to be able to receive a bone marrow transplant. Presently, the plan is to let it do is thing for the next three weeks and then, if the numbers are right, a lumbar puncture can be done to find out if the bone marrow is at the point where a transplant can take place. Right now she is in the throws of fatigue from the chemo she has just completed. Upset stomach and lack of appetite are also present. Her numbers for good blood are being diminished by the poison. This is all normal, although unpleasant and unwanted, we pray it will be worth it. Tuesday, we will go back to the hospital for blood tests and in all likelihood she will have to have a blood transfusion. These transfusions give her life during these treatments. We are grateful for modern medicine and modern miracles. Keep praying!

Diane is very thankful for any well wishes, even if she is not able to respond to all of them.
